Are you a big-picture thinker? Do you hate working on little details but thrive when working on large complex problems?
Big picture thinkers face specific challenges when looking for a fulfilling career. For once, they cannot “work their way up,” as often by definition they are terrible at entry level or very detailed work. They also have a higher than average need to be creative and can get easily bored or distracted. They are visionaries, big problem solvers and can make great leaders.
Sounds familiar? If you feel stuck at work, or in your business, you might be a big picture thinker trying to do the work of a detail-oriented person. I wrote a blog post about this topic, see if it applies to you 🙂
